About us

A well kept community with classic Florida character

The first homes at Orchid Springs Village were completed in the early 1970s. The buildings keep their original Spanish-revival look, with white stucco, red tile roofs and arched stairwells, while the grounds are maintained by the associations.

The village is made up of several condominium associations. Each has its own board and budget, and all of them share the same grounds, pool and clubhouse.

  • Community pool, clubhouse and on-site laundry
  • Covered carport parking and walking paths
  • Exterior maintenance and grounds care handled by your association
  • A short drive to Lake Eloise, downtown Winter Haven and LEGOLAND® Florida
